Christian Harper is an evil genius who wears the tailored suits of a gentleman to conceal his true nature. He is charming, deadly, and incredibly clever.

He doesn’t care much for ethics or romantic love, but there’s something about the woman who lives one level down from him that draws him in.

She’s the one thing he can’t stop thinking about, the riddle he can’t crack. And when he sees his chance to get closer to her, he goes against his own standards and makes her an offer she can’t refuse.

There is a weak spot in every monster. It’s his now.

A fixation of his.
He was addicted.
This was the one and only time he made an exception.

She feels she has no time for a romance between her two jobs.

However, she is tempted to feel something for the first time in a long time when she is forced by a menace from her past into the arms—and house—of the most dangerous man she has ever met.

Christian may seem distant, but he actually makes her feel everything.

Ferocious, but well-guarded.
Genuinely desired.

Theirs is a love clouded by deception and distorted by hidden agendas.when the truth is known, it has the potential to destroy everything.

Twisted Lies Book Summary

This novel is a phenomenal masterpiece, and Christian and Stella have my entire being. It just offered way more than it had to!!!

It’s hard to put into words just how much I adore this book. It would take me a whole essay to express how much I love this book, this narrative, and this series. I can’t hold back the tears…

Character: Christian and Stella

First, let’s talk about Christian and Stella. I can’t get enough of them. Everything about their relationship was perfect: the pressure, the chemistry, the suspense, the longing. After finishing the book for the first time a year ago and liking it, I forgot how much I actually liked it until I read it again this year.

They’re perfect for one another, and I enjoyed watching them together (even if there were many hilarious instances).

The times when they were most open and honest with one another were my favourites. This is further evidence of the love and respect they have for one another. It made me happy and my heart felt like it was going to burst from my chest. I just couldn’t get over how cute it was!

I adore Christian’s fierce guardianship of Stella. How much he adored and was infatuated with her was plain to see ever since Twisted Games. Like Stella’s might!!! To view it is a delight for us. It’s also really amusing to see him repeatedly try to downplay the impact Stella has on him, both to himself and on the others around him. It was so incredibly funny that it made me cry tears of joy and laughter at the same time.

One of my fave aspects of this book was Christian’s internal dialogue. My heart was racing a million miles an hour at the sight of his thoughts, looks, and feelings for Stella. And the actions he took to demonstrate his feelings for her! I thought I had it made. If Christian wanted to do something, he would do it immediately. I need my very own Christian, because he’s simply too good to be true.

I get why people don’t like him because his infatuation ruined parts of the story, but if it weren’t for the fact that I’m such a wh*re for him, I would have forgiven him in a heartbeat. Stella is far more resilient than I am; I know I would have given up immediately under such pressure.

Stella, of whom we speak, is a divine being. I think I would have been obsessed with her even if I wasn’t a Christian. She’s so crazy awesome, and I really get her when it comes to dealing with the kin. There were aspects of her personality that I could easily see myself in, and that made me adore her even more. I was so happy to see her becoming more sure of herself. I can’t get enough of her fantastic main character.

Conclusion

The friendship between the Twisted men and women was also beautifully depicted in this book. Having more of the Twisted ladies assemble was a blast. It warmed my heart to see how much they genuinely care for one another and how strong their bond is.
What made the “friendship” between the Twisted guys so ridiculously cute and funny was that it was so obviously fake. We just adore seeing them play chess together and how they’re (kind of) trying to help Christian out with his love problem.
